Returns & Replacements Policy
At SayStickersStudio, we take great pride in the quality of our custom products. Because our items are personalized specifically for you, this policy outlines our approach to returns and replacements.
1. Important Notice: Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our stickers and photo products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer errors (e.g., uploading low-quality images or incorrect cropping).
2. When Replacements Are Available
We stand by our work. We offer free replacements in the following specific circumstances where the issue is due to our error:

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a different product, size, or style than what you ordered.

Significant Printing Errors: Major quality issues caused by our process (e.g., severe ink smudging or major misprints not present in your original file).

Damage During Transit: If your order arrives physically damaged (bent, torn, or water-damaged).
3. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement
To ensure a smooth replacement process for items damaged during transit or incorrect orders, we require a continuous unboxing video.

The video must start with the unopened package, showing the shipping label clearly.

The video must be uncut and unedited, showing the package being opened and the items being inspected.

This is a standard practice to help us hold our courier partners accountable and protect your purchase.
4. When Replacements/Refunds Are NOT Available
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

Change of Mind: Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Image Quality: Issues resulting from low-resolution or blurry images uploaded by the customer. We print the files exactly as provided.

Customer Errors: Mistakes in selecting the wrong size, quantity, or cropping errors made during the ordering process.

Color Variations: Slight variations in color due to different monitor/screen calibrations.
5. How to Request a Replacement
If your order qualifies for a replacement, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:
