Shipping Policy We're excited to get your custom prints to you! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time We work hard to get your custom orders ready.

• Most orders are prepared for shipping within 2 business days.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Business Days Our business days for processing and shipping are Monday through Saturday.

• We do not ship on Sundays or National/Public Holidays.

• Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs (India) We offer reliable standard shipping across India:

• Orders below ₹599: ₹89 Flat Rate.

• Orders ₹599 and above: FREE Shipping!

4. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and start after the 2-day processing period.

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

• Major Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days.

• Remote Areas: 7–10+ business days.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking Number (AWB). You can track your package directly on our website via the Track Order page.

6. Important Notes

• Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address and phone number. We cannot change the address once the order has been handed to the courier.

• Delays: While we aim for speed, delays may occasionally occur due to weather or courier logistics.

• Support: If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your Order Number and photos of the package.
